Affordable Housing Cost More to Operate in 2007
LISC and the National Equity Fund are pleased to share the fifth annual Operating Cost Database, which includes operating data from almost 24, 000 affordable housing units throughout the Bay Area. The data indicates cost increases averaging over 5% this past year after holding steady the prior year. Now Accepting Applications for the Community Development Leadership Institute!
