LISC and the National Equity Fund are pleased to share the fourth annual Operating Cost Database, which includes 2006 audited expenses of over 22, 000 affordable housing units throughout the Bay Area. This user friendly Excel file contains data from 355 properties, and can be sorted by housing type, location and other important variables.
2007 LISC Commercial Development and Property Management Trainings LISC is pleased to announce two trainings to help groups successfully undertake commercial and mixed use development. LISC will hold its Commercial Property Management training on Tuesday, May 29, where participants will learn about planning for successful ongoing management of commercial and mixed-use real estate projects. LISC will also hold its training on Developing a Retail Leasing Strategy on Thursday, June 28, where participants will learn to develop ambitious yet realistic strategies for retail attraction.
