CHAM Training - Advanced Asset Management
The Consortium for Housing and Asset Management (CHAM), is a joint project of LISC, the Enterprise Foundation and the Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation. CHAM offers a program of professional development for experienced property and asset managers, specific to the affordable housing industry. Beginning in 2003, CHAM is offering a 5-day Advanced Housing Asset Management course, which builds upon the CHAM Nonprofit Housing Management Specialist coursework and professional NHMS certification. The new, advanced certification is to become a Certified Housing Asset Manager. The Advanced course incorporates lessons in ethics, performance standards, tax issues, syndication and much more.
