Housing Development Training Institute
LISC's California Housing Development Training Institute (HDTI) has been training CDC project managers throughout the state in affordable housing development since 1988. This intensive 3 week program provides a comprehensive overview of affordable housing development from site selection, finance feasibility, construction and lease-up. HDTI will be offered in 2006.
