Affordable Homeownership Peer Network Meeting - June 8, 2005
Managing Risk in the Development of Affordable Ownership Projects
As part of East Bay Housing Organization’s Affordable Housing Week, LISC is pleased to announce the second regular meeting of a new quarterly peer network for nonprofit developers, managers of public agency homeownership programs, and others interested in affordable homeownership. The topic of the meeting will be construction defect liability insurance and risk management. Following an overview of current strategies employed by nonprofit developers to deal with mounting insurance costs, LISC will facilitate an open discussion.
