WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
Target Audience: Nonprofit developers and public agency staff working on the financing and development of affordable homeownership projects.
Goals: Provide participants with an overview of the development process for homeownership projects, including both infill, multi-family models and single-family detached models. Familiarize participants with the full range of financing sources for affordable ownership development in California. Train participants on ownership underwriting criteria and calculating affordable sales prices. Provide participants with an in-depth training on how to structure ownership pro-formas for both single-family detached and multi-family product types.
