  • Managing the Construction Process: July 21 and 22, 2005

    This two day training will provide tools to effectively manage the construction process from the developer’s perspective including becoming familiar with the AIA owner-contractor agreements, bidding, monitoring construction progress, establishing payment procedures, handling revision documents, closing out a construction project and incorporating green building principles.   Space is limited.  Click here for the registration form.   Cost of the training is $150  (includes lunch and materials).
