Managing the Construction Process: July 21 and 22, 2005

This two day training will provide tools to
effectively manage the construction process from the developer’s perspective
including becoming familiar with the AIA owner-contractor agreements, bidding,
monitoring construction progress, establishing payment procedures, handling revision
