Affordable Housing Operating Cost Data for 2006!
Bay Area Local Initiatives Support Corporation and the National Equity Fund would like to thank the twenty-eight Bay Area affordable housing developers who shared their portfolio information. This year’s database contains information about 352 properties throughout the region, a total of over 22,000 units. By sharing this data, these organizations are assisting all Bay Area nonprofit developers to evaluate operating costs of their own housing developments and to prepare realistic operating projections for future developments. Note: The posted database is a slight revision from the one we originally posted in July - info on six properties has been deleted or corrected.
