Year 15 Review Worksheet
The LIHTC Mid-Term Review Worksheet is a tool to help tax credit sponsors to prepare for Year 15. LISC recommends that groups begin planning for Year 15 several years in advance using the worksheet to identify red flags about the property's tax situation, market environment, or operating history that might make the Year 15 transaction more difficult. Red flags highlight issues that require further study or strategizing to ensure that the sponsors goals for the property will be achieved.
