  • Example Letter of Intent to Lease

    This is an example of a Proposal to Lease (also called a Letter of Intent to Lease)  which summarizes the key terms of a commercial lease prior to execution of the actual Lease.  This document outlines not only items like rent and the division of other costs but it also identifies what improvements to the space the Landlord will complete and that Tenant Improvements the Tenant will complete. It also notifies the potential tenant of the existance of a neighborhood hiring program that they will be expected to participate in.
